MoEx says Mosenergo, WGC-2 break corporate governance rules

MOSCOW, Aug 21 (PRIME) – Mosenergo and Wholesale Generating Company-2 (WGC-2) have failed to comply with the corporate governance rules, the Moscow Exchange said on Monday.

The violations consisted in a failure to comply with the timing of forming committees in the boards of directors related to the securities.
